One GP voice. Four hubs. Health, where people actually are.
The Workplace Wellness Hub. The Hormonal Hub. The Medical Advisory Hub. The Media Hub.
Each serves a different audience, all anchored by the same evidence-led GP voice.
The same conditions repeating across postcodes and sectors — most of them preventable, but the people most at risk were the people least likely to find their way to a GP early enough.
The Health Corner exists to close that gap. To bring the consulting room into the workplaces, workbooks, screens, and policy rooms where people actually are. One clinical voice, meeting people where they live and work.
That's a portfolio GP — clinical work that doesn't stop at the consulting room door.
Each hub is curated for a specific audience, anchored by the same clinical voice. One is open for business today; the others are in build through 2026. Click in to explore.
GP-led talks, keynote topics, policy work, and workforce courses. Bespoke topics also available.

The Health Corner is the portfolio practice of Dr Helena Adjei, a practising NHS GP — extending clinical authority beyond the consulting room into the workplaces, homes, products, and conversations where people already are.
Dr Helena Adjei is an NHS General Practitioner in the London and Essex area, a lifestyle medicine practitioner, and the founder of The Health Corner — an umbrella brand for her four hubs of work beyond the consulting room.
She is passionate about the breadth of general practice and the way one clinical background can grow into several meaningful areas of work. Her interests span lifestyle and preventative medicine, women's health, workplace wellbeing, health technology, and health communication — areas she sees as complementary rather than competing.
She completed her MBBS, was awarded an MRes with Distinction in medical sciences at the Quadram Institute — one of Europe's leading centres for food and microbiome research — and earned her MRCGP. Her peer-reviewed co-authored work focuses on gut microbiome interventions in preterm neonates, complementing the evidence-based work she does in lifestyle medicine.
Outside clinic, she teaches medical students, shares medical education on social media, presents to GP colleagues, and has created patient documents now used in clinical practice.
She is a mum of two former extreme-premature twin boys, has a keen eye for travel, and a creative flair that comes through in her social media work.
A portfolio GP, building a body of work that extends what a clinician can be.
